Our team is committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees
General Reporting
To report an issue, please go to Con Ops or find a safety team member. Reports will be triaged and the appropriate escalation will happen.
Safety Staff can be identified by:
Orange Vests
Immediate Assistance (12am - 5am)
If you need immediate assistance between the hours of 12am to 5am, please look for the roaming security personnel or you can go to the security stationed at the front door.
Security personnel can be identified by:
- Red shirts
- Security label on the back of their shirt
Medical Issues
If you need medical assistance, please go to the medical table that is located in front of the Warehall in the lobby.
Issues will be triaged and the appropriate escalation will happen.
